Malta’s unique location in the middle of the Mediterranean invites one to experience the sea. Sailing, harbour tours, speedboat trips and underwater safaris are just some of the possibilities. Take the ferry to the island Gozo with its hilly landscape, picturesque contryside, famous Azur Window, the Citadel in Victoria and the Ggantijja Temples which are known to be the oldest freestanding temples in the world. Since Gozo is well known for its woollen goods and handmade lace, honey and cheese do take time for som shopping.
